首届“丝绸之路国际创新设计周”（2017年9月21日-29日）胜利结束,引起了社会的广泛关注。赛展会配套创意联动，西部地区设计创新取得了重大突破。第二届丝绸之路国际创新设计周仍将于西安举办，作为丝设周赛事分项中的赛事之一，百校联展现已启动，2017年百校联展涉及高校多、影响范围大、作品数量多，为丝路沿线高校毕业生搭建了高端交流平台，同时也为设计类专业毕业生提供了签约企业的机会，为设计类高校、院系提供了展示硬实力的舞台，是丝路设计大联动的品牌力量。现“百校联展”大赛面向全球高校毕业生征集毕业作品，望相关单位及时关注，积极参与。

大赛内容
（一）赛/展对象
2018年应届毕业生
（二）赛/展方向
1.工业设计类：工业电子产品、航天航空航海、轻便交通、装备制造品等。
2.建筑设计类：建筑材料、建筑结构、排水系统、建筑效果图、室内设计、景观设计、环境艺术设计等。
3.文化创意类：工艺品、服装服饰、家具、娱乐休闲、珠宝首饰、丝绸之路特色礼品等。
4.视觉影视类：影视、微电影、宣传片、广告等。
（三）赛程设置
1.第一阶段：作品征集及提交（3月1日至7月31日），大赛宣传推广、参赛者报名、提交作品及分类初审。
2.第二阶段：作品集中评审（8月），评委会分别组建评审专家评选作品。
3.第三阶段：颁奖典礼及百校联展（丝绸之路国际创新设计周期间）（9月下旬）。
4.评审标准：以实用性、创新性、经济性、工艺性、绿色环保性、审美性为基本要求。依据不同作品划分四类：工业产品类、建筑设计类、文化创意类、视觉影视类。评选出每个类型前三作品。

（五）参赛权益

一等奖（1名）：奖金10000元+证书
优秀指导奖（1名）：奖金1000元+优秀指导奖证书

三等奖（5名）：奖金1000元+证书
优秀指导奖（5名）：奖金200元+优秀指导奖证书

2.优秀作品直接参加中国好设计西安中心评选，优秀者推选中国好设计。
3.所有作品获得丝绸之路创新设计展资格。
4.各个类型前三名将有机会获得国际交流资格。
5.百校入选作品均可获得企业项目落地投资机会。
（六）版权声明
1.本次大赛不收取任何费用。
2.参赛作品应为原创性设计，不得侵犯他人的知识产权，对侵犯他人知识产权或有其它违法违规情况的，大赛组委会将取消参赛人的参赛资格，并追缴所有的奖项（奖金）。参赛人除自行承担相关的法律责任外，还应当赔偿主办单位因此而造成的一切损失。
3.作品版权归作者本人所有。主办方对所有参赛和获奖作品享有展览权、出版权、印刷权、宣传权、推广权,入围作品需与主办方签订知识产权委托协议。
4.所有参赛作品将不予退还，参赛者自留底稿（特殊情况请与组委会联系说明）。
5.评选结束后，组委会将在官方网络平台宣传和展示。
6.最终解释权归组委会。

参赛须知
（一）参赛形式
本次大赛/展以学校为单位，应届毕业生团队或个人名义参赛均可，申报作品数量原则上每所高校不超过30件，每个团队或个人仅限一件作品，参赛作品统一上报大赛组委会，作品信息表可登陆西安设计联合会官网：WWW.XA-DU.COM，或西安设计联合会官方微信：西安设计联合会，获取下载，并随时关注赛展动态。
（二）报名须知
展板电子图提交要求：
彩色效果图1张（A1幅面，594mm×841mm竖版,分辨率为300dpi，支持JPG格式，大小不超过50M），内容主要包括作品名称、作者及学校名称、整体效果图、局部效果图、外观尺寸图等。作品需配有必要的设计说明。
1.实物或模型作品提交要求：
实物或模型作品：长宽高不超过：1m×1m×2m，特殊情况与组委会联系。
2.视觉影视作品提交要求：
影视作品：MP4格式，720p、25帧，时长不超过10分钟，片头包括5秒倒计时、作品名、作者姓名、学校名。

Notification on Organizing the 2018 Silk Road Hundred Universities Graduation Design Project Competition and Exhibition
To whom it may concern,
To contribute to the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, implementing the “Silk Road Economic Belt” strategic initiative, strengthening a nation of popular entrepreneurship and innovation, accelerating the development of regional hard technology, and promoting the dialogue and integration of education, science and culture,and presenting the spirits of graduates from Silk Road countries,achieving the objective of entrepreneurship and employment, “2018 Silk Road Hundred Universities Graduation Design Project Competition and Exhibition” is to be jointly held by Innovation Design Alliance of Silk Road, Xian BeiLin University-Based Innovation Industrial District，Xi’an Design Union, International Green Design Innovation Alliance of Youth, and academic institutions along the Silk Road. We are collecting outstanding graduation projects from universities along the Silk Road. Those selected will be shown in “Silk Road International Innovation Design Week” in September 2018. 1. Industrial design: industrial electronic products, aeronautics, navigation, light traffic, equipment manufacturing
2. Architectural design: construction material, building structure, drainage system, architectural rendering, interior design, landscape design, environmental art design
3.Cultural and creative: art work, clothing, furniture, entertainment and leisure, jewelry, gifts with Silk Road characteristics
4.Visual art: film and television, short film, promotion video, advertising.
III. Procedure
1.First stage: Collection and submission (1st March to 31st July). Reaching agreements with participating universities, promotion of the competition, contestants’ registration, submission and preliminary appraisal
2.Secondstage: appraisal and review (August). Experts evaluation
3.Third Stage: award-presenting ceremony and exhibition (within Silk Road International Innovation Design Week) (Late September)
4.Criteria:On the basisofpracticality,innovation,economicefficiency,manufacturability,environmental friendliness, and aesthetics, the participating projects will compete for the top three in its category, namely the category of industrial design, architectural design, cultural and creative, visual design.

V. Rights and Interests for the contestants
1. Award (each category, pre-tax)
First Prize (one winner): RMB 10000 + Certificate

Outstanding guidance award (one): RMB 500 + Certificate

2. Outstanding entries will be directly assessed by Xi’an Center and will have the opportunity to run for the Great Design of China.
3. All the entries will be presented in the Silk Road Innovative Design Exhibition.
4.The top three works in each category will have the opportunity for international exchange.
5.This exhibition will also provide a platform for the works to attract enterprises for investment and put them into practice.
VI. Copyright statement
1. Contestant does not have to pay any entry fee.
2. Only original entries, without infringing the intellectual property of others, are allowed to participate in this competition, Entries which are not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. And all the awards, including the bonus, presented to that contestant have to be given back to the committee. The contestant, in violation of such principles, is to bear all the related legal responsibilities by him or herself. In addition, the contestant should also be held responsible for all the losses caused to the organizing committee by such violation.
3. While the copyright of the work belongs to the contestant, the organizing committee has the rights of exhibition, publication, printing, and promotion rights of all the works in the competition. All the nominees shall sign an intellectual property entrustment agreement with the organizing committee.
4. The entries will not be returned to the authors. The contestant is advised to keep the draft (please contact the organizing committee in special circumstances)
5. After the appraisal, the organizing committee shall promote and present the works on official internet platform.
6.The organizing committee reserves the right of final explanation.
5. Further notification
A. Entry form
Students, fresh graduates in groups or individuals are all welcomed to participate in this competition/exhibition. Each participating school should send no more than thirty works. B. Notes
Submission requirements for electronic picture of the exhibition board, partial affect drawing, outline dimensional drawing, etc. The work should come with necessary design description.
One piece of coloring effect drawing (A1, 594mm×841mm vertical, 300dpi, in support of JPG format, no more than 50M). The contents should include name of the work, author, university, overall effect drawing.
1. Requirements for products or models:
Product or model: length, width and height should be no more than 1m×1m×2m. For special circumstances, please contact the organizing committee.
2. Submission requirements for visual art work
Visual art work: MP4, 720p, 25 frames, no more than 10 minutes.
The beginning should include 5-second countdown, name of the work, author and university.
